While searching for our dream home in Maine from out of state, my husband and I met Anne MacLean as the seller’s agent of a home we toured. Anne was not only invaluable for her knowledge of the greater Portland area, but she connected us with several field experts (contractor, home inspector, radon specialist, broker) which allowed us to feel confident as educated consumers. Anne was readily available by text, email, or phone any time of day to answer our many questions. She was very patient through multiple home tours and ensured that all of our needs were met. We ended up buying the home that we originally toured and Anne served as the dual agent. She respected the needs and desires of both sides while strictly adhering to our contractual relationship. We could not have asked for a better agent and we feel that the lack of stress in the purchase process was all due to Anne. To sum it up – she is AMAZING!
